The Good: We’ve edged closer to our sales goal this month, as our longstanding agents have been increasing their sales and working on innovative ways of marketing, with more street-based product demonstrations and visits to community groups. Our sales force has also increased significantly since last month, despite conducting fewer training sessions. We’ve also hit our average sales agent income goal, which means that the amount of income being generated by LivelyHoods sales agent is increasing, and young men and women are taking home more money to their families.
The challenge: This month we’ve temporarily closed one branch, whilst we train up a new Branch Manager for that location. This has brought our total number of branches down, but we will be opening it again in January, and are confident in the branch’s ability to perform.
